Your makeup is only as good as your tools! This statement is SO true. Your makeup brushes are so important for great application. A good makeup brush makes all the difference in your makeup application. Here are some of my favorite brushes to use when applying makeup. For foundation - especially if you are using a cream foundation - it is best to use a brush with synthetic bristles. Synthetic bristles really give you a precise application and you have greater control. My two favorite foundation brushes are the SIGMA Flat Kabuki F80 and the Morphe M439 Deluxe Buffer. They both are really great at blending in foundation quickly and leaving your face streak free. I plan on doing an in depth concealer post in the near future but my favorite brushes for concealer are the Sigma F86 Tapered Kabuki Brush and the Morphe G2 Pointed Buffer - both are pointed and get right under your eyes perfectly. For blush I like using the Sigma F40 Large Angled Contour Brush (the angled brush is great for getting the apples of your cheeks) or the Real Techniques Blush Brush. When applying blush it is best to use a brush with natural bristles so you can get a more blended application - therefore looking more 'natural'. There is a brush for everything! Bronzer, setting powder, highlighting, contouring, eye brushes, lip brushes, etc...I'm going to go in depth on each of these in another post so stay tuned!

Thanks for stopping by!
